How can we cope with this situation and help ourselves feel mentally and emotionally better?

It is recommended that you take breaks from social media and news related to COVID-19, hearing and reading too much about it can be upsetting💆🏻‍♀️. . Take care of your body. Eating healthy and nutritious foods 🍓🥕🥦🥚🧅, practicing yoga or meditation🧘🏻‍♂️, exercising every day either at home or going out for a walk 🚶🏻‍♀️or run🏃🏻‍♀️, get enough sleep 😴and avoid alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. 🚭🚫 . Take some time to unwind and practice a hobby. It could be painting, journaling, reading a book, or trying out a new recipe. . Connect with family and friends, communicate, support each other and cheer each other up! Remember we are all in this together!
