This app is great for meditation, mindfulness, and changing your life in a positive way.

 

Headspace-

includes short meditations for people who are on the go and even SOS meditations that are useful during times of crisis. 

 

Sanvello-

Based on the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness meditation, strategies shown to provide effective relief for mental health concerns including anxiety and depression.
