How can we cope with this situation and help ourselves feel mentally and emotionally better?

It is recommended that you take breaks from social media and news related to COVID-19, hearing and reading too much about it can be upsettingđŸ’†đŸ»â€â™€ïž. . Take care of your body. Eating healthy and nutritious foods đŸ“đŸ„•đŸ„ŠđŸ„šđŸ§…, practicing yoga or meditationđŸ§˜đŸ»â€â™‚ïž, exercising every day either at home or going out for a walk đŸš¶đŸ»â€â™€ïžor runđŸƒđŸ»â€â™€ïž, get enough sleep 😮and avoid alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. đŸš­đŸš« . Take some time to unwind and practice a hobby. It could be painting, journaling, reading a book, or trying out a new recipe. . Connect with family and friends, communicate, support each other and cheer each other up! Remember we are all in this together!
